ddlewis. Update process does not work on Windows 7 64 bit (I can see You have Win7, I do not know which version). To flash the phone I have used my old Windows XP machine. I never got it running on my Win7 64bit machine.

Yes, it is far from fluent. I know that in general Windows Mobile phones are far from being fast, but I see HD2 as slow one compared with other Windows Mobile phones I owned. LowMan

Strange. I am using the version that was posted here (installed clean after hard reset). Carousell works, 3D message view works for me. I am using V3 newScreen ROM and everything works perfectly. Please check what You have installed and try to install on clean ROM. regards LowMan

Are You talking about this HD7? http://www.htc.com/www/product/hd7/specification.html It is 1GHz phone. Basicaly it is HD2 with Windows Phone 7.
