Coolicool Coolicool löscht keine Benutzeraccounts

Ich habe mich an Coolicool gewandt, um meinen Benutzeraccount löschen zu lassen. Leider ist es laut Support angeblich nicht möglich. Wie bei Efox ist auch bei diesem Anbieter das Ändern der Email Adresse nicht möglich. Es wäre schön, wenn jemand von Coolicool mich beim Löschen meiner Daten unterstützen könnte.

Irgenwie scheinen die Shopsysteme von Coolicool und Efox sehr ähnlich zu sein bzw. verknüpft zu sein. So wird bei der Abmeldung von Coolicool Newslettern folgender Link verwendet: http://newsletter.efox-shop.com/x/plugin/?pName=unsubscribe&...
Der Support sowohl von Efox als auch von Coolicool haben das Löschen von Benutzeraccounts verweigert. Während Snowden mir beim Löschen der Efox Accounts helfen konnte, bin ich bei Coolicool leider nicht weiter gekommen.
