Hdc z710 3g network problem

Hi

I'm owner new hdc Z710 and I'm living now UK and I can't use 3G network ,he is not recognizing by any network in UK and do not want connect with mobile speed internet ,any advice how does look in other countries ?
I'm not sure where is problem for example my other dual sim 3G phone Zoho WG-2000 does not have this problem and working fine !

I had the Z710 only for a few days, but what I noticed was, that I could set only one SIM as 3G, the other one then was only able to use GSM. In Settings -> Dual Sim you should be able to set whether a SIM slot is supposed to use WCDMA (3G) or only GSM. Is that setting correct for your 3G SIM?
