Das telefon zeigt schwarz an mit einem hellen weissen balken unten am rand habe beide tasten gedruckt gehalten 5 sek wie es mir einer von banggod empfohlen hatte nichts passiert , die anfangsmusic hoert man spaeter .was koennte es sein ?

Werte ich es morgen laden , hab mich mit banggood in verbindung gesetzt , ich soll es nach guanzou china schicken da ich noch garantie habe , es wuerde mich schon wunder.bin jetzt mit de tablet unterwegs ich werde es morgen laden . To enter recovery mode, please turn off your device first. Then press the Vol. UP Home Power button at the same time for about 5 seconds, and wait until you see the recovery menu.

You can navigate with the Vol Up and Down button and the Power button is to select an option. Please select "wipe data/factory reset" and when it is done, please also select "wipe cache partition". Please note that this will erase your current apps and settings on the phone.

After it is done, please select "reboot now" and then hopefully it should have fixed your problem.

Der Haendler hat gesagt ich soll diese operazion ausfuehren , aber nichts geht

gerät ausschalten
dann power und vol+ solange drücken bis es startet.
dann solltest du einen wipe cache ausführen. (deine daten und apps sind dann weg...)

wahlweise kannst du eine andere rom installieren /flashen, der link für die software ist dir gegeben

laden solltest du nicht am pc oder schwachen ladegerät, nimm ein starkes mit min. 1000 mAh

Danke doc wahr sehr hilfreich ich werde es probieren , wenn es nicht klappt schick iches nach guangzue zum austauch ... hab mir zusaetlich das umi zero bestellt , werde ich mich uerraschen ..ich versuch mal def witz ist das geraet schaltet gar nicht aus , nur wenn ich die batterie entferne und wieder einsetze . Werde es noch ei mal versuch , sont ab nach china zu austausch
