A small simple question, I would like I would know how how put completely my telephone in silent (completely without vibrator neither in call nor in sms).

You could customize the active user profile and set everything to "silent" and lower the volume to minimum. I think you'll also have to create a ringtone that is actually just silence and assign that to the profile under 'Tone setup'. You can replace one of the 'Empty" placeholders with this new, silent ringtone.
