the first was that some from the icons items are missing. There [when I first got the phone] was 5 different lots of menus now I see only three. Lots of funktions are not appearing.

You are missing Icons or only pages?
You can create by yourself new pages. Just press an icon a little bit longer. Now you can change the position of it.
Take one of the last page and push it to the right side.
Now the phone will make a new page.

But when you really miss some icons, than try a factory-reset:
Settings>Restore factory settings
The password is 1122

Second is I needed a new kopfhörer and nowhere in the internet did I see one. You can tell me where I can get one or upgraded kopfhörer ? thanks !

A lot of guys here in the forum had the same problem.
No one found a headset alone to buy...
But you can make an own one, just buy a new plug: click
and that is the pinout für the headset:
3 - Gnd (GND AUD)
4 - Headset Mic
5 - AUDIO R
6 - AUDIO L

The calibration has nothing to do with the menu-icons.
Did you try a factory-reset?

factory-reset: Settings>Restore factory settings
The password is 1122

That could help.
For a firmware-update you will need a special flashcable.
Not possible with the normal data-cable. Sorry

So first try a factory-reset and give answer.

What kind of icons do you miss?
I never heard of a 5-page menu on a V709.
So just type the code *#8375# (same way as a tel. number) in the phone.
Then you will see the firmware-version. Then give feedback

You can´t buy a complete flashcable for the v709.
It´s necessary to modifiy the cable.
I could make one for you, but i don´t think you have got a firmware-problem.
The flashcable will not help.

Thanks for your reply ! When the phone comes at first there's icons for playing video arranging music in a folder, ipod feature and many other icons - compass, uvm. For some reason when I started the use from the phone some icons went away without reason....not sure why....but there's lots of things I couldn't do now they're not seen...if you look at the menus for the phone you can see from four pages of icons.... If you make a cable for me then give the correct mtk firmware type...I'll pay you for it.

Also the Second is I needed a new kopfhörer and nowhere in the internet did I see one.I'm using [or was using] a different one from a similar phone. The reason : the connector for the answering from calls was broken....that's why I needed a new kopfhörer.

Try that: take off all your Sim-cards and restart the phone without cards.
I heard of some applications that only works with chinese Sim-cards.
Perhaps these applications disappear after activating a european Sim-card?

Sounds as a newer firmware
I will get the next days all things to make a flashkable.
Some parts of it are ordered in china.
I will send you a message when i´m ready

But with your headset-problem, also don´t know where to get one? Sorry
