- Backup all your data!!! make shure battery is nearly full and close backcase every time. battery fall off at this process=phone brick
- ROOT 2.3.6
- Download V11_CJ_p5_root.zip ( just-life.de/twinko/rootthlv11/V11_CJ_p5_root.zip)
- Copy it on your sd card in the root folder (DONT extract it!!!)
- Reboot to recovery (power+vol- on system startup or in 2.3.6 settings "about the phone" --> "Reboot Recovery")
- Now u are in the recovery menue, press vol button to navigate and power button to confirm
- Go to update from sdcard (or something like that, should be second from top)
- Search for V11_CJ_p5_root.zip and confirm with power button
- Reboot phone
- Now u have root rights!
- Update 2.3.6 to 4.0.x (at this point u will loose all data on phone)
- I hightly recommend to save all your date with titanium backup and dont miss your contacts
- Download the newest rom version 4.0.4 (2012-12-14) from https://disk.yandex.com/public/?hash=cGq0GWE+FBvT4SYnMX3OPDsXXuwSkH/Xljs7yTfea50= , if this link doesnt work visit http://forum.china-iphone.ru/thl-v11-chang-jiang-p5-t19491.html go to ПРОШИВКИ --> Прошивки с офсайта and download the latest version
- Download mtkdroid tools (http://dfiles.eu/files/qf7cir79b)
- Download sp flash tool (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1982576)
- Install driver like described here: http://chinamobiles.org/showthread.php?33276-Anleitung-MTK65XX-USB-VCOM-Treiber-Installation-Test-CWM-Recovery-Flash
- Download twrp http://files.china-iphone.ru/687twrp_v2.4.4_thl_v11_by_sekil_mod_nvram.img
- Download http://goo.im/gapps/gapps-ics-20120429-signed.zip
- Connect phone to pc and turn usb debugging at phone on
- i recomment to reset your phone to factory (in recovery mode)
- Turn phone off, unplugg from pc and remove battery for 10 sec
- Start sp flash tool
- Load the scatter.txt from the downloaded 4.XX Rom version (MT6575_Android_scatter.txt)
- Mark all files below, and press download
- Plug phone to pc but dont turn on!!
- Download will start at sp flash tool
- WAIT TILL EXTRA WINDOW OPEN (one with a green circle)
- DONT START PHONE! Unplugg battery for 1 min!!!!!!!
- Start phone and here we go u have android 4.XX
- Start mtkdroid tools and root phone again
- Copy gapps-ics-20120429-signed.zip to your sd card
- Shutdown phone and remove battery
- Start sp flashg tool again load scatter and double klick on recovery
- Search for the twrp file (twrp_v2.4.4_thl_v11_by_sekil_mod_nvram.img)
- Unmark all other positions (without recovery )
- Press download (in sp flash tool) and AFTER that battery back to phone and plug it to pc (phone still turned off)
- WAIT TILL EXTRA WINDOW OPEN (one with a green circle)
- DONT START PHONE! Unplugg battery for 1 min!!!!!!!
- Start phone to recovery mode (Reboot to recovery (power+vol- on system startup or in settings "about the phone" --> "Reboot Recovery")
- Install gapps-ics-20120429-signed.zip
- Reboot phone
- Last thing: there are some permissions missing we need to install all apps on android market:

- Reboot to recovery (power+vol- on system startup or in settings "about the phone" --> "Reboot Recovery")
- now u see twrp, navigate to Advanced and klick "Fix Permissions" and swipe to confirme
- restart phone

- start es data manager, go to "root-explorer"--> embed AS R/W --> both buttons on RW --> OK
- overwrite to files to /system/etc/permissions/
- after that go to /system/etc/permissions/handheld_core_hardware.xml and edit this file via ES Note-editor
- now search for <permissions> <!--
- replace everything between <!-- and --> with the posted lines <feature name="an.............
- press back button and save
- go to app managament clear cash of google play store
- Restart phone

u wonna use your apps in your language: install morelocal 2 (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=jp.co.c_lis.ccl.morelocale&hl=de)
AND BE HAPPY as Sh/%$ u found this tut. to find out takes me round 1 week. russian and chinese are realy difficult languages
