Broken Touch-Screen

Hello!
I don't speak german

Let me go straight to the point;
A friend have just brought over a iphone replica ( I think it's this one: http://chinamobiles.org/showthread.php?p=8643 - the Sciphone 3G sharp 3.5") from china for me, I picked them up at the airport, one of the suitcases fall on the ground, the friend tells me the phone lays in there. I thought:"No problem, it can't be broken yet". I came home and from the first startup, whatever I do on the touch-screen, it gives me no reaction. The physical buttons works perfectly normal. So I guess the touch-screen must be broken.

Is replacing the screen the only solution?

Your video is set to 'private' so we cant see it

you might want to try to slide to unlock in many places on the touchscreen and also try patterns that are no straight line or go from right to left instead of left to right.

My SciPhone has instructions in the battery lid that do not work for me,maybe they do for you.
They tell me to hold the 'volume up' key until the screen tells me to press the 'volume down' key. then i should be abe to calibrate the screen.

Video should be fixed now

I'm able to get to the calibration wizard with :
1st putting the screen to sleep,
then awake the phone
and directly hold down the volume up for couple of seconds.

Unfortunately, still nothing when I touch the screen. Now I'm really sure the screen is broken. What is a good online store for these kind of situation?

you can try to press your phone in the red circle like the picture. This is an typical Problem of the Ciphones.
