Ciphone Q4pro

Hey been quite interested in the Ciphone Q4pro. From the videos Ive been looking at looks pretty good. I like the idea of windows 6.5 quite a strong operating system to do what you want, and also the ability to add an app store.

Whats everyone elses opinion of this device?? best iphone 4 clone is it recommended???

Anyone know of how to get one cheap in the uk??? Dont fancy ordering from China, Expensive import tax and VAT always puts me off..

I dont think you can directly buy it in the UK. Such shops wouldnt survive very long in the EU. And if there is an UK based online shop, then they most likely ship it from china anyway.

i cant say much about the phone, dont have it. What i dont really like about the iphone clones is, that they are much thicker than the original. Besides the frame around the screen also is quite big.

Shame about not being able to get one from the UK kinda defeats the object of getting a cheaper phone once all the tax and vat is added on top... ends up around the £200 mark for that you might as well try and find a 2nd hand HTC Desire or something similar.

Yeah i think the Q4 is a little thicker but so small youd never notice unless you had the phones side by side and even then it would be only slight. Not sure about the metal frame though. Would be good to see some comparison pictures between the Q4 and the real iphone 4.

The Vphone looks quite interesting as well wonder if this has the same dimensions as the original iphone 4. The closer to the real thing the better i think.

Heres another the Ciphone 4GS but like johndebur said the metal frame round the side looks quite thick, think it actually covers the whole side unlike the original iphone 4.

I think the vphone 4 is closet to the iphone 4 from the design because the simtray from the q4pro is on the wrong place!

True, but the Q4Pro is supposed to be of MUCH higher quality than the vPhone and also has the ciFans community for (hopefully) regular firmware updates / improvements

(the English Rom has already been updated on the Q4Pro since it's orginal release, try to find that for any other clone in such a short period of time, IF at all!!!)
