Flying FG8 gsensor problem

Hello everyone
I searched some info about my model on your site but I found nothing!

I recently bought a Flying FG8 Android Froyo

the phone is really nice and I must say it works very well but I found this little problem:

GSensor even if it is the active menu settings Android turns off by itself every time I turn on the phone!
Specifically, it was active from the menu but it's as if I was down and I turn the phone every time two times to run the GSensor!
the producer asked me to send it back to my cell phone costs in the company in China, but it is too expensive because of customs from italy!

I wanted to know if you have any solution, and if you can help!
you can create a special rom from some other model with the same andorid?

I think it's a bug system is not a hardware problem because it works very well when I can turn it on!

if you need specific phone and ask them to include

Many thanks to all for your work
