Du redest vom Originalen HTC HD2?
Activesync geht ganz normal kann damit aufs Handy zugreifen und auslesen .....kann ich nicht softwarseitig das handy in den downloadmodus bringen ?

I Also faced the same problem, and was lucky to solve it through various forums and posts.
The method I am describing will work only for phone with following details. (though CPU, SPEED details are dummy and actual CPU seem to be HiSilicon-K3).

CPU : QUALCOMM(R) 8250B
SPEED : 1024MHz
Solution for recovering from wrong ROM flashed and not able to enter bootloader.
Try on Windows XP, since it did not work for me on Windows 7.
1) Download tool K3firstaid (search on google)
2) With the phone connected to ActiveSync on PC, open up K3firstaid. It will now say "Read FTM state ok!"
3) If you get following error, "Read FTM state error", follow the steps on following post.

3) In K3firstaid, Press "Download" and the phone will enter "Downloading" mode.
4) Now you can flash the correct ROM using IDT tool.
Following is the correct English ROM for this phone.

5) While flashing using IDT, you might get following error. "UE not entry download mode!(Mode = 0x00) FAIL". I had also got the same. But Then try several times, it should pass. If not, them restart phone and enter "Downloading" mode using K3Firstaid again.

You are the best .........but im Flashing this ROM http://chinamobiles.org/downloads.php?do=file&id=529 but the toutchscreen doesn`t funktion........ Have you an other Rom ?

I think you have the same problem as i had.
in the database only the las avilable rom german is the right one because all other hav resistiv touch instead of capacitive.
So try german rom to get a working device.
I tried al roms, always no touch, also english ones, but only the las by etotalk in german worked.
good luck.
I tried also tho flash to android, now i have a non working device.
no chance to get back, neither further on.
so do not try this !!

das neueste Rom in deutsch ist das welches die neuen Geräte unterstützt.
Also falsches Rom ohne touch durch dieses ersetzen.
Viel spass mit dem Gerät.
Ausser fehlendem UMTS ist das Ding spitze.
