Meine EC Karte wurde mir mal geklaut und die wurde bei PayPal Registriert ( aber nicht bestätigt ) . Ich habe das PayPal mitgeteilt und die haben es bis Heute nicht hinbekommen meine Bankdaten rauszunehmen.
Dann wollte ich mir einen neuen Account machen und so Geld einzahlen ohne Bankkonto sondern nur so das ich Geld auf dem PayPal Account habe.
Leider wurde mir 3 Minuten nachdem ich mir einen PayPal Account machte dieser leider Eingeschränkt.

Ich habe leider niemanden der mir das sonst über PayPal zahlen würde.
Daher bleibt mir nur Western Union. :/(
