Pinphone Firmware 1.1.1, Java Problem

Habe mit Mr. Ally von allymobiles gesprochen.
Ich habe ihm alles erzählt, von meine theorien bis zum nandflash speicher und dass es möglicherweise ein anderes Phone sei(Hiphone von FCT). Erst wollte er das nicht glauben und hat mir erlaubt einen tausch der sd karte vorzuehmen ohne dass ich auf garantieanspüche verzichten muss und er würde mir den preis der microsd kare erstatten, da es ihm dann auch logisch kam, dass es am sd speicher liegt. Was er nicht weiß, dass Phone hatte ich bereits geöffnet und es gibt keine microsd. Ich habe ihm dann die pic geschickt von der hardware und er war selbst erstaunt. Nun will er sich mit Pinapple,Ibocheers in verbindung setzten. Er hat mir dann gesagt, ich solle mich nochmal melden wenn er mehr weiß und er will ein preis zurückerstatten. Er wusste auch nicht von einem Pixelfehler und deswegen bekomm ich noch mehr vom preis zurück erstattet. Mal schauen was passiert.

gibt es eine Alternative zu dem Mailclient?
Ich finde das vorinstallierte auch ziemlich blöd... nur Sonderzeichen und chinesich.

Ja, über wifi funktioniert es zum glück Hier ne email die mir grad zugetragen wurde. Für alle die Hoffnung auf ein FW Update haben.

The Pinphone firmware that we have is V_1_1_1 version that is dated 5 December.
The firmware V_1_1_2 version dated 10 January was released into the market in very limited quantity last month. We have made a comparison between the 2 versions and highlight to you as follows:
1) V_1_1_2 version has all the icons in V_1_1_1 version except that it does not have Opera mini and Facebook.
2) V_1_1_2 version has the capability to add in additional pages onto the menu screen.
3) V_1_1_2 version has only 2 languages - Chinese and English
4) V_1_1_2 version has additional applications such as Google maps, UC Web, net TV etc. However, when you click on the icons of these new applications, they are all in Chinese.
For the above reasons, the V_1_1_2 version is not very useful outside China. All my overseas customers prefer V_1_1_1 version over V_1_1_2 version.

I do not think any supplier (even for the factory itself) would be able to guarantee you a fully working phone. If any seller who makes such a guarantee to you, just be cautious.
This is because the main issue with this model is that it does not have a consistent problem from one phone to another and also from country to country.
One phone could have problem with JAVA, the other with Opera mini and some others may have totally no problem at all. Before we ship out the phones ,we would have tested that everything is working perfectly in China. However, when we send this model to various countries, they either come with different problems or no problem at all.
The only consistent problem that I can see that is that the video recording may not be as clear when played out as compared to the view that you have seen on the screen when recording.
Of course, if you face any part of the phone that is not functioning, you can always send back the phone to us under the warranty period and we will get the factory to rectify the problems for you. The repair which is due to manufacturer's defects will be free of charge. However, you will need to bear both ways shipping costs.
In any case, the Pinphone is currently out of stocks at the moment. This is because the factory has stopped production and will resume production after the Chinese New Year. We reckon that the next batch of stocks will be released only at around end Feb.

Wenn mich nicht alles täuscht, soll die V1.1.2 ECHTES Coverflow unterstützen. Alleine schon aus diesem Grund hätte ich die gerne
Kann ich mir nicht vorstellen, da für den ausländischen Markt eher FW-Versionen angeboten werden, die mehrere Sprachen beinhalten.
Und zum letzten....

I am not sure how long you can wait. This is because normally there are a lot of new models that will be introduced after Chinese New Year and these will be available in March. For Pinphone, the current V112 version comes with only English and Chinese languages. It is likely that foreign language version of V112 may be introduced in March as well and hence, this may resolved quite a number of problems that I mentioned to you previously. Likewise, for Pinphone with GPS version.
Even if you order today, I can only start to ship to you in last week of Feb (due to Chinese New Year holidays). So why not wait for a little longer and I will keep you posted on better products
