Pinphone help needed

Can someone help me please ... when I make a call on my pinphone ,,,,people can not hear me? but I can hear them, everything else on the phone works great except when I try to speak to someone

Sounds like a microphone problem, go into settings and look for the "background sound" setting and turn that off. It may be causing the mic cut out. Make sure "mute" isn't turned on. H
