here I bought a few months ago

You will need a special flashcable for that.
All MT6235 phone must be flashed with a LV-TTL Level (3.3VDC)

You can do that with a USB to serial converter, such as the Prolific PL2303HX.
But you must know the pinout of your phone.
The pins for flashing are not the same as for USB connection.
I have never heard of that phone before. So i can not help you. I would need the phone here to get the pinout.

And the next problem: where to get a better firmaware?

So take it as it is. All these clones looks pretty, but are no match for the iphone.
