problem with the video ciphone

every time I put some video on my ciphone he always is slow and it is normal audio plus video is slow and totally off-axis!

I would like to know how to solve this problem I tried changing the resolution so that it worked not help!

hi falcon, i convert the video files with "Total Video Converter" i choose the settings for "PSP avi" (playstation portable avi) all the converted vides are in perfect resolution and quality!

I have the feeling you don't have THE ciphone (like the one(s) you can see in my Youtube videos, click my signature below), didn't you once mention you have a "T1" model??? I don't know if anyone has your phone here, so it's tough to give you any advise on specific settings for your phone.

Could you maybe post a link to the exact phone you have? Do you know what kind of CPU your phone has???
