sorry for posting this in english.

i have a t5355 that when it starts up is stuck just before the enter password to unlock the phone, the screen appears all black and will not respond to any touch.

i have been looking all over for a way hard reset the phone but nothing seems to happen.

i can get the phone to the "downloading...." screen but no drivers appear in windows
i can also get the calibrating screenn to show up but it just sits there all night and nothing happens!
and then there is another screen that shows "error step 3...the file is missing"

i just need to know the button's to hard reset the phone.

Hi sniff, searching seems to be the best way! Please hold PowerON-Arrow left Button and Call Button all in same time! Should working!

i have tried that and nothing happens i press and release, press and hod. the phone just starts normal.

i have been searching for 24hrs now....xda...google...chinamobiles....


all and I've tried like 300 different button configurations with no success!

pressing talk+windows+power = "error 3 no file....."
pressing talk+arrow right+power "does nothing"
pressing talk+end+power = "downloading"
pressing end+arrow right+power = "calibrating" nothing happens

ok...if i cant hard reset i can more than likely flash the phone....if anyone cannot help me with the hard reset maybe someone could let me know where to locate the original english rom that was on the phone it had manilla 2d on it.

Its probably the ROM for the T5355 C02 with Touch flo , but it says its in Chinese.
Maybe you can somehow integrate it into the english version:

I'm not too interested on the 6.5 for this phone, plus the 6.1 had the manila2d which was nice.... i did download it just incase this goes no where however.

has anyone been able to successfully hard reset this phone?
