FCT rücksendung

Hi,

ich will mein Handy schon seit längerem zurückschicken
hab bei FCT schon mehrmals angefragt (ca.3 mal innerhalb von 1 woche oder so)
hab aber bis heute keine antwort, nichtmal wenn der msn support on ist, sonst haben die immer innerhalb von 24 stunden geantwortet.. seit ich vom zurückschicken rede kommt nix mehr.
Was soll ich jetzt am besten machen?

Wenn du mit Paypal bezahlt hast, kann man doch dort irgednwas mit Konflikt angeben, weiss nicht mehr genau wie das da hieß, vielleicht Antworten die ja dann durch ein bisschen Druck.
Hatte die gestern auch zewcks Rücksendung angeschrieben ( das erste mal ), aber bis jetzt kam auch kein Antwort, ich werd noch ein 1-2 Tage warten...

okai heute war ein FCT mitarbeiter in MSN on (aber ein ganz anderer als sonst glaube)
Er war sehr höflich und hat mir folgende Informationen zum zurücksenden gegeben, könnte ja vllt einer von euch brauchen
