The Chinese custom is supposed to release your item today and we expect Hongkong Post to update it in their system for processing within these couple of days. In fact, this is the first time we encountered with such a situation with the Chinese custom where they retain our items for so long. As you said, most of our items that we shipped out at a later date, have already left Hong Kong for our customers.
We understand your anxiety as a buyer but we seek your understanding that we are trying our best to get out your items from the custom. As you may be aware, sometimes the authorities here may not follow the books to execute their rights. We are trying many ways to get a solution. We seek your understanding and patience on this matter.
As a gesture of goodwill, we will send you a free synthetic leather case for your Pinphone within these 2 days. Although the Pinphone set itself comes with a silicon case, the synthetic leather case looks more elegant.
We sincerely apologise for what you have to go through - although this is really something beyong our expectation and beyond our control.
