Ist wahrscheinlich zu spät, daß sie Dir noch ein Phone mit einer V1.1.5 FW zuschicken können, oder? Denn dort steht zumindest noch "unser" "S" in der Bezeichnung

The consequences of the above would mean that you will not be able to track the delivery status of your item until the situation has resumed to normal and there will be an expected delay to your shipment. We expect your item to be online within the next 7 business days from today.
We understand that as our valued buyers, you are anticipating to receiving your purchase item on time. The above uncontrollable situations have dampened our efforts to have the items arrived at your address within the normal expected timeframe.
We seek your patience and understanding on the above uncontrollable adverse situation that we are facing. We are monitoring the situation on a daily basis and will send you further emails to update you on the situation whenever there are new developments.

However, the good news is that the Chinese custom has informed them that your item (with other items in the same batch) will be released on Tuesday. Therefore, we should expect to see it on Hongkong Post system on Wednesday.
In fact, we are going to meet up with the custom officer tomorrow to see if we are able to get your item (together with other items) out earlier. We are monitoring the situation very closely and will update you if there are further developments.

In fact, this is the first time we encountered with such a situation with the Chinese custom where they retain our items for so long. As you said, most of our items that we shipped out at a later date, have already left Hong Kong for our customers.
We understand your anxiety as a buyer but we seek your understanding that we are trying our best to get out your items from the custom. As you may be aware, sometimes the authorities here may not follow the books to execute their rights. We are trying many ways to get a solution. We seek your understanding and patience on this matter.
As a gesture of goodwill, we will send you a free synthetic leather case for your Pinphone within these 2 days. Although the Pinphone set itself comes with a silicon case, the synthetic leather case looks more elegant.
